  Yeah, Starbucks at an 'en route' highway stop. It's not their best outlet, however.
  
  Promo codes are not accepted here. They do accept Sbucks loyalty gold cards for payment.
  
  In the few times I've visited, it's been very slow. Just be prepared to wait until all orders are in before they make the drinks.
  
  They don't bother to add a sleeve when they deliver the coffee.
  
  Biggest annoyance: no lids at the delivery counter. You must schlep your coffees to a separate counter, get the lid, then go BACK to the delivery counter to get a green stick.
  
  Starbucks, please fix this.

  Slow service, everyone was confused which coffee cup is his, Barista girl didn't have enough power to call clearly names, she was whispering only. Stand with cups covers, napkins and half and half was extremely filthy.

  Terrible, inconsistent service. The staff turn the machine for making decaf drinks off early. Drinks are routinely made incorrectly and the service is so slow. Best to drive by and stop in south Kitchener...

  Horrible. Service is very bad. Opens at 7:00 AM but when I was there at 7 the girls who work there were not there and after waiting for 10 minutes the girls came and told me they will not open for another 10 minutes so it was already 7:15 and they were not open.
  
  Today I wanted to order a tall mocha , at this location and they were out of mocha. What is happening? Worst Starbucks location.
