  Honestly I gave a 1 star for the staff. Service and order accuracy is lacking big time. I'm not sure if it's because they RUSH or because they just don't pay ATTENTION to detail. You pay more you should get MORE. I also wouldn't be writing this review if it was just a 1 off. My order gets messed up on a weekly basis.

  Poor. I am waiting for a latte I ordered in Store. Someone finally asks me about what I ordered. And says I don't see anything here. Then goes, oh here it is sitting by the take out getting cold for 10 mins. This is b.s. service. I am shocked, considering I have had great service typically. Thanks for wasting my time making me stand there like a stooge for 15 mins waiting for nothing. Not impressed at all!!!!
