  This Tim hortons is the slowest and rudest place I've ever experienced. I live literally 5 minutes away and avoid it like the plague. I've waited over a half and hour in the drive thru. Absolutely appalled of the terrible service here.

  Drive thru is either really quick, or extremely slow... and I mean slow... like dont even bother unless you have 15-20 minutes to spare
  
  This is the only spot with two drive thru lanes where whenever they are used I have to confirm my order at the window with them as well.
  
  I understand it's a new location so things will improve... hopefully sooner than later.

  Either really great or not so, depending on the day. Used to be my go to Timmies when they were diligent in what they served but now they're busier the quality has dropped. Last week we were served downsized drinks after paying for larger sizes, and need to ask for sleeves or double cups on my tea daily. Once got served coffee instead of tea!
